I did have the same exception with another of the files mentioned above. Just a
thought (I haven't fully understood the specification yet): is it correct to
handle the transformation in the constructor, or should it possibly handled
(reversely) in the getRaster() method? I'm asking this because in the type 1
shading, I had to do it this way.
