I proposed above to create a small utilities jar. But first the new package
top level files need to exist with pom.xml, xxx-checkstyle.xml, README.txt,
eclipse-formatter.xml, and whatever. Also changes muist be made to the client
pom.xml files. Not being a committer or a mvn/svn maven, I am not the person to
do this. If some does, I can make a patch to move the files and update the few
client classes.
