New patch suggestion, now XML based as inspired by Apache XML graphics.
By setting RowsPerStrip to the height I was able to reduce the size of a 300dpi
G4 image (my CLA) from 69KB to to 64KB. The color image
pdfbox-1870-deviceN3.tif (300dpi, LZW compression) now has a size of 130 KB,
instead of 401 KB when using default settings, and 1063 KB with Commons Imaging.
