Resolution: Won't Fix
After a bunch of enquiries to the vendor of the library which produces the pdf
this is the current state:
The library adds somehow somewhere transformations so that the coordinate
origin is in the upper left corner. Adobe Reader and Foxit Reader seem to
correct this but in the pdfbox the image is rendered outside the page. I'm
sorry but they didn't tell me any details.
This is no pdfbox bug although other tools are more fault tolerant.
