Builds failing due to JempBox

Hi All

We seem to be having issues with builds failing due to an error in the JempBox 
build process:

> [ERROR] 
> /home/jenkins/jenkins-slave/workspace/PDFBox-trunk/trunk/jempbox/src/main/java/org/apache/jempbox/impl/XMLUtil.java:[52,7]
>  error while writing org.apache.jempbox.impl.XMLUtil: could not create parent 
> directories

This doesn’t seem to have been caused by a recent change, could it be an issue 
with one of the build servers?
