Tilman Hausherr edited comment on PDFBOX-1975 at 3/12/14 7:36 PM: ------------------------------------------------------------------ I implemented setting the dpi for JPEG images, based on code in Apache XML graphics (hi there!). And I added a test for that dpi. This was done in rev. 1576867 and 1576868. Sadly, it proves once more that java ImageIO doesn't have a general method to set meta data. was (Author: tilman): I implemented setting the dpi for JPEG images, based on code in Apache XML graphics (hi there!). The > JPEG writer throws an exception "JFIF APP0 must be first marker after SOI". > The BMP writer can set the resolution, but the BMP reader doesn't read it. > (Some of this might be different depending on the version) -- This message was sent by Atlassian JIRA (v6.2#6252)
