It it works with the jar then Launch4J is the culprit and I'll close the issue.
If it doesn't work, I would ask you to update on JDK 1.5 first, then whether it
happens with any PDF, i.e. not just PDFs that you possibly generated yourself.
If it happens with a specific PDF, I would ask you for that PDF. If it happens
with any PDF, I would ask you to try to open with file with the PDF app
(PDFReader option), to see whether the file is displayed, then try print.
