Tilman Hausherr resolved PDFBOX-2036.

Done in rev 1589200 for the trunk and rev 1589204 for the 1.8 branch. To check
that the test itself is legit, I locally temporarly reverted LZWFilter.java to
rev 1571801, which did indeed fail this test.
