PDF contains image (xobject), it as no "/DecodeParms".
PDFBox adds empty "/DecodeParms" to this image which results to invalid PDF and
Adobe reader complains about it.
Problem is caused by calling PDResources.getXObjects().
It is very similar to PDFBOX-2042
