I was referring to section 7.5.2 (p. 39-40) (thanks to [~johanvanderknijff]
for making this point on TIKA-1232):

The doc I attached only has the header. Let me know if I should try to find or
manufacture an Apache License friendly test doc with conflicting versions in
the header and trailer.
