On the user mailing list, Orion Poplawski reported that he cannot package
PDFBox in Fedora because it loads external software for the test, namely levigo
JBIG2 and jai_imageio. This is unwelcome, per a "Fedora builders cannot access
anything remotely" rule. Not having these libraries fail TestImageIOUtils,
which is part of the TestAll class. I will separate this test from the rest.
