Andreas Lehmkühler resolved PDFBOX-2119.

Resolution: Fixed
Ive added my changes in revisions http://svn.apache.org/r1601447 (1.8 branch)
and http://svn.apache.org/r1601450 (trunk) so that getPageFormat now provides
the correct information for the page format. I had to remove some of the
parameters in the trunk version as those aren't used anymore.
