Tilman Hausherr closed PDFBOX-1037.

Closing as this is now 3 years later and we have a non sequential parser. 
However the attached file can't be tested, due to the bad xref table. When 
editing a PDF, it is important to correct the offset values. (use CTRL-G in 
NOTEPAD++ to get them) I can't correct them myself in the file because I don't 
have the unedited file to understand which entry one pointed to where.
