It isn't the only problem in that PDF. I get an NPE when trying to render it,
which is due to this decode array:

null null null null null]/Filter/FlateDecode/Height 140/ImageMask true

That decode array should have only 2 elements (because of BitsPerComponent 1)
or because it is a mask.
