Revision 5 is a variation on SHA256. It's deprecated but is documented in the
[Adobe Supplement to the ISO
32000|http://wwwimages.adobe.com/www.adobe.com/content/dam/Adobe/en/devnet/pdf/pdfs/adobe_supplement_iso32000.pdf].
Ideally we would be able to read such files.
