[~tilman] PDFToImage looks as if it works well, but there weren't any images.
Maybe there is something wrong with the save itself, ImageIO or something like
that. However, at home on my linux everything works fine using 2.0.0 and btw.
1.8.6 works too using OpenJDK 1.7.0_65 64bit
