Fix Version/s: 2.0.0
This PDF is invalid, it doesn't render any text at all with Adobe Reader.
There's no such color space as "DefaultRGB", while the spec does contain a
concept with that name, it is not a named color space.
I've made it so that PDFBox simply ignores the bad color space and prints out
an error to the log.
