I've undertestimated the possible number of COSStreams in a big pdf. When I try
to open a big pdf using scratch files I run into an exception (too many open
files). This is an unix-only problem and could be worked around by increasing
the maximum number of open files, but that isn't optimal. Either I've to change
my procedure or we have to adjust the parser so that objects are parsed only if
needed.
