Fix Version/s: 2.0.0
I've chosen to throw an UnsupportedOperationException if the "glyphlist_ext" is
set, so that users upgrading to 2.0 don't get silent errors. We also print a
message explaining that GlyphList.DEFAULT.addGlyphs(Properties) has to be
called instead.
