The last commit overhauls AFM and Standard 14 font handling,
PDFontDescriptorAFM was made redundant and has been removed, it is replaced by
PDType1FontEmbedder.buildFontDescriptor(). PDFontDescriptorDictionary has been
merged into PDFontDescriptor, which simplified things.
The missing square glyphs in PDFBOX-2334-205746.pdf are now rendered, and with
the correct width for the first time.
The "base 14" rendering rules for .notdef / GID 0 have also been implemented,
and renderings of the test files listed should now be correct.
