patch2460PublicKeyTestCase.txt contains my changes to at least be able to run
the test and successfully decrypt a pdf.
Admitted, constant HOME_WORKSPACE is not ready for committ, but I hope it is
helpful.
Whether the Assertions are as they should wasn't my focus.
