Resolution: Fixed
The JDK's default crypto situation is arguably too restrictive. Now that we
have a working build server again I'm inclined to agree that failing these
tests is ok. But I could be persuaded to make the parametertized if it's a
common problem for people, as the build server runs the tests either way.
We need to make sure to explain the new build dependency in our documentation.
