The encryption dictionary was't parsed recursively when using the 
non-sequential parser so that the decryption doesn't work correct. My changes 
ensure that everything is in place to encrypt the data so that the PDFDebugger 
now works. But theres is still an issue with the PDFReader and I guess there is 
maybe a similar issue with another dictionary.
I'm investigating further ...
