Some of these (e.g. "Service Form_media.pdf") are already reported indirectly -
the javascript is in an AA subtree, which is not allowed. However here's one
file (006654.pdf from PDFBOX-2486) that has a document level javascript which
isn't handled so I'll keep this issue open.
