The last commit cleans up some of the Matrix method calls which had the
confusing API. I've reinstate the previously deprecated getXScale() and
getYScale() methods under new names which make it clear that the API is
calculating the scaling factor and not just extracting the scaling element from
the matrix. I've also replaced calls to the confusing setValue/getValue API
with their equivalents. There should be no functional changes to PDFBox from
this commit.
I haven't made any changes to TilingPaint to correct its mishandling of certain
patterns yet, this is still to do.
