While the issue PDF is now rendered very nicely, italic is lost in the file
PDFBOX-1094-094730.pdf, page 4: The titles STRUCTURALLY HIGHER ROCKS and
STRUCTURALLY LOWER ROCKS are no longer italic. Italic also lost on page 14, the
latin sounding terms at the end of "figure 6". PDFBOX-679-toobig.pdf is also
incorrect now, the glyphs are too bold.
