Yes, given recent experience, we probably do need an unsubscribe footer.

Not sure if we should bother with the one about attachments though - it tends 
to be first time users who do that, so they won't get a chance to see the 
footer. Alternatively - is there some way we can enable PDF attachments?

Ideally we could keep boilerplate to a bare minimum.
