Andreas Lehmkühler resolved PDFBOX-2600.

Resolution: Fixed
I guess I'm done here although there might be room for further improvements.
- removed the old parser
- removed all methods which were used by the old parser only
- removed the ConformingPDFParser including and all related stuff
- derived 2 new classes from NonSequentialPDFParser, PDFParser and FDFParser
- renamed NonSequentialPDFParser to COSParser
- removed the broken "on-demand-parser"
