Hans Bärfuss, PDFTools AG, provided feedback. He agrees with Olaf Drümmers
analysis and they will provide a fix for their tool.
I have to say that I find it very positive to have such a good support from
Callas and PDFTools to resolve such questions and get answers in a very timely
manner.
