PDFBOX-2281-2_unc.pdf is a reduced and uncompressed version of that file. The
annotation is at 23 0 obj.
I've inserted that the annotation isn't rendered if the flags "invisible",
"hidden" or "noview" are set. However this isn't perfect. There are flags that
allow an annotation to be printed, but not viewed. But at this time PageDrawer
doesn't know whether it is viewing or printing. (And what is "rendering in an
image"? Does this count as "viewing"?)
