In 2.0 the numbers are positioned correctly, but the japanese glyphs don't
appear. They appear in 1.8. In 2.0, I get the output

WARNUNG: Using fallback font 'TimesNewRomanPSMT' for 'MS-Gothic'

despite that MS-Gothic is installed. However that font is "msgothic.ttc", which
is a truetype collection.
