I'm giving up on that one (for now, I will retry at a later time, and maybe
other people will have a look). Memo for me: The image near "Amazon Fire TV" is
/Im43.
It depends what you want to do with PDFBox. If it is for thumbnails, it
shouldn't be a problem; same if it is for invoice PDFs or PDFs attachments from
mails. A current weakness in PDFBox is advertising / complex illustrations,
because these contains some features that we don't support or don't support
properly yet (soft masks, overprint, transparency groups, ...).
