I'm testing preflight on the Rackspace server of Tim Allison. Preflight
is very slow, and I narrowed this to
PDColorSpace.toRGBImageAWT(), there to the line
op.filter(src, dest);
Initialization of a CMYK based PDIndexed colorspace takes between 1 and
4 seconds :-( On my W7 system, it takes about 50ms.
Java installed on the server:
java version "1.7.0_75"
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (rhel-2.5.4.2.el7_0-x86_64 u75-b13)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 24.75-b04, mixed mode)
