Fix For: 1.8.10
Some intuitive keyboard shortcuts for pdfreader.
* scrolling in the page -> up-down arrow keys
* Navigating pages -> PgUp-PgDn. Although this is now present via +,- keys
* Printing -> ctrl+p
* Opening file -> ctrl+o
I've a fix for this which I'm attaching. All previous functionalities are
preserved.
