Question of use PDFBox

hello:
       I'm a Chinese user,My Englist is not very good,I had a question,about 
how to analyzing a PDF's table.
  
       I try to use PDFTextStripper ts = new PDFTextStripper();String s = 
ts.getText(p.getPDDocument());
       I get text,but ,It is chaotic.
       I need process this pdf table,get regular data,and insert the data to My 
database.
       Can we change the PDF to Excel?
       please help me ,give me some advice.Thanks.
