I've attached a patch, I hope I made it correctly, not really experienced with
SVN.
Most of the required and optional attributes for the usual annotations are now
processed by the fdf package, but not all.
I couldn't figure out what to do with the defaultStyle and defaultAppearance.
And there are a couple of annotations I did not change (link, attachments).
Please note that there are attributes that are now set when creating the
FDFAnnotation objects, but are not used by the different PDAnnotation objects
(for example, the inklist from the ink annotation). Since the subject of this
story was to support annotations when importing XFDF, I felt like that would be
a separate story to work on.
