pdfbox-1.7.1 and 1.8.9

We use FOP to generate PDF files from XSL-FO documents, then print the PDFs
using PDDocument.silentPrint().
pdfbox-1.7.1 prints the documents correctly but pdfbox-1.8.9 uses incorrect
page size.
Another issue is that printing with v1.8.9 generates 20x bigger PDF files (I
used PDFCreator to save the PDFs).
