When setting the value of COSString to the Euro sign the encoding is wrong
{code}
COSString string = new COSString("€");
System.out.println(string);
{code}
produces this output
{code}
COSString{¬}
{code}
whereas the same code using 1.8 produces the correct result
{code}
COSString{€}
{code}
