I've attached 3 separate patches.
pdfbox-2758-cosname.patch is a patch for COSName.java
pdfbox-2758-fdf.patch is a patch for the org.apache.pdfbox.pdmodel.fdf package
pdfbox-2758-pd.patch is a patch for the
org.apache.pdfbox.pdmodel.interactive.annotation package.
I made sure there are no TABs used, instead using 4 spaces.
