SonarQube is back, with a newer version. Sadly it no longer has the
"Rules Compliance" Metric. Although I was always aware that it was an
abstract number, I like it a lot, because our efforts pushed this
value, we were close to 90%. Here's a thread with people angry about

The "Rules Compliance" Metric is back too now, and a first analysis
since the downtime was done today (after a posting on the builds list).
