Description:
The PDFont and Type1Equivalent APIs could expose some higher-level details,
such as a consistent way to get names and Type1Equivalent instances.
Some of the other font formats could also do with APIs exposing some specific
useful internals such as GIDs. I'm going to add these as I find that I have a
need for them during development and debugging.
