I've followed [[email protected]]s proposal and moved the doap file to cmssite,
so that it's now available via http://pdfbox.apache.org/doap_PDFbox.rdf.
[~tilman] FTR, there aren't any decisions which are limited to the chair. The
PMC is always in charge not the chair alone. ;-)
