[~msahyoun] Can you tell what's said in 6.1.12 about implementation limits? I
tested 6-1-12-t02-fail-a on the pdf-tools site and from that one, I understand
that the upper limit is 32767. However is this only for "Tz" and the other
cases specifically mentioned in the wiki (thanks for the link), or is this much
more general?
