Unfortunately, due to PDFBOX-2440 bug, this bug still persists. Scenario:
# using PDFBox open PDF containing cross-reference stream (not hybrid);
# save to a new file without modification; in the new file xref stream is saved
as table due to PDFBOX-2440;
# sign that file with PDFBox.
When signed file I open with Adobe Reader, I get "signature byte range invalid".
Used 1.8.10-SNAPSHOT.
