This makes the changes discussed above. Instead of wrapping the Java APIs with
PDFPrinter, we now expose our Printable and Pageable implementations directly,
allowing users to use the standard Java APIs. I've included a full example of
the various ways in which printing can be customised. Printing to the original
paper size with no margins is now the default and is as simple as this:

job.setPageable(new PDFPageable(document));
job.print();
