I've fixed the bug in PDFSplit, sumitted an issue in asciidoctor

been able to split your file, and found that the bug in preflight is
e.g. on page 3. I've also found the cause and will submit a fix tomorrow.
If you just want to check the file, use the 2.0 version which has more
PDF/A coverage (and doesn't have that bug):
