In PDColorSpace.create(COSBase, PDResources) you got the following check:

if (name == COSName.DEVICECMYK || name == COSName.CMYK ||
name == COSName.DEVICERGB || name == COSName.RGB ||
name == COSName.DEVICEGRAY || name == COSName.PATTERN)

I think you wanna write {{COSName.G}} instead of {{COSName.Pattern}}, aren`t
