Any chance of this happening anytime soon?
I only ask as because at the moment I want to insert a single page at the start
of a 2000 page document. At present adding a footer to each of the 2000 pages
takes 12 seconds. But then subsequently merging that PDF with a single page PDF
in 2.0.0-SNAPSHOT (because I have no insert facility) takes another 10 seconds
:-/
