Yeah, you're right. I've renamed the issue. This isn't a good test for the
issue fixed in PDFBOX-3019.
However, it does appear to demonstrate that there's probably a 2nd bug besides
the one just fixed. If you open the example doc, those letters are very close
together and the other pdf readers I've tried parse it fine, so it does seem
reasonable to me that we should be able to do well on this doc.
