I wouldn’t put the Preflight API there though as it’s not particularly
usable as an API, as there many assumptions that it will be run
as part of a command line utility.
We just had a new issue today.
But we just need the top level API, i.e. the calls that are mentioned in
the cookbook API. This isn't much.
